2500 free tokens on all games

I keep getting the 2500 free tokens from my friends but I can't send them back because their names are not on the scroll for either players OR non players. How do I get them to list their names???

If their name is not showing it means another player has already sent them a gift.

No, their not blank, but their not listing ALL my friends on either list. Why give the "Invite a Friend" list if you can't send only "one" friend a day a gift. I go for days and days without being able to send a gift token. They think I'm ignoring them or snubbing them because I'm not returing gifts!!

You can send all your friends a gift as long as they have not already been sent a gift for the day. When they go to send you a gift they can see that they can only be sent one a day.

I am having the same problem! When I go to send a gift I get the option to ONLY choose friends who have not yet added the app. In the past I was given the option to switch from friends who don't play to my friends who do play, the option has vanished. I've also tried to send gifts to friends who don't play and I can't find a "send" button. It has nothing to do with my friends already receiving a gift for the day. This app is having issues, I hope they fix them soon because I would really like to return the favor to my friends who send me tokens. As I've never posted here before, do the Developers normally read these boards? Or is it best to e-mail them directly? 11 out of 12 found this valuable. Do you? |

Yes, the developers do read the forum. I have sent a note to them to look at the invite list.

I have had the same problem. Why is the gift of tokens so limited? I think it would benefit all involved if there were more opportunities to give and receive tokens. Doesn't that mean people would play more, invite more friends?

I too cannot send to the people who play these games only to the ones on the list that pops up. These people don't play the games but I keep sending tokens. How do I get the name of the people who play to be able to send them tokens. I get no tokens in return because the ones I send to don't play. I have contacted 2 that are not on my list and asked if they had received tokens that day and they say no, so that is not the reason they aren't on my list. Can someone please tell me how to get the 6 players I know that play on my list and take the others off? This very frustrating. I have stopped sending tokens as it does no good to send to people who don't play games.

Hi, you have to switch the list at the bottom to "friends already playing". You can also go to the list by clicking the invite friends link at the top of the page.

I still think this game is wrong about only limiting free tokens to only "one person per day". You are forcing people to shun & ignore each other because they already got tokens from someone else! Maybe y'all should take notes from Beta Games and let people send out as many as they want. If I choose to send out 20 chips to 20 people, they allow it. Actually they allow as many as you can send! The least you can do is allow only 3 or 5 a day. That way no one gets shunned. (Hey! Are you developers listening to this??)

If their names are not on the list it means they have received their quota of 5 tokens from 5 different friends already for a 24 hour period.

That drop down menu to bring up "Friends Who Play Games" is a godsend. That little white box to click which in returns, clicks everyone's name to send gifts too, is a blessing. I have over 50 friends who play games, so one click and boom! If you go to resend tokens again later on and follow through with the same steps, some or none will appear in this list (for reasons already outlined). If you can't send to friends, they need to install the Games application to get on the list. If not, then chances are they've blocked the application and therefore won't appear until such time they've unblock it and joined. 5 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |
